Call for Papers

The newly organized IMACS conference is held in Plzeň, Czech Republic between 10 and 14 September 2007. The conference is devoted especially to mathematical and computational aspects of modeling the biomechanical and biological systems. However, on this platform the meeting should bring together specialists from all relevant scientific fields participating in the "bio-math" applications, spanning mathematics, mechanics, information science, biology and medicine. Parallel to the conference, a student seminary will be organized focused on mathematical techniques applied in modeling of tissues and joint replacements.
