General information

The newly organized IMACS conference including student seminary is held in Plzeň, Czech Republic between 10 and 13 September 2007. The conference held between 10 and 12 is devoted especially to mathematical and computational aspects of modeling the biomechanical and biological systems. However, on this platform the meeting should bring together specialists from all relevant scientific fields participating in the "bio-math" applications, spanning mathematics, mechanics, information science, biology and medicine. After the conference, a student seminary will be organized in 13 September focused on mathematical techniques applied in modeling of tissues and joint replacements. The student seminary is free of charge.
